SEA ISLE CITY, NEW JERSEY IS AN ISLAND LOCATED APPROX. 20 MILES
SOUTH OF ATLANTIC CITY. SEA ISLE'S CONTIGUOUS NEIGHBORS ARE THREE OTHER MUNICIPALITIES, THE TOWNSHIP OF UPPER IS
TO THE NORTH, THE TOWNSHIP OF DENNIS IS TO THE WEST, THE BOROUGH OF AVALON IS TO THE SOUTH AND THE ATLANTIC OCEAN TO THE EAST. OUR
TOWN RUNS FROM 1ST STREET TO 94TH STREET WITH ONE MAIN ROAD CONNECTING THESE STREETS, (LANDIS AVE.) AND FOUR BLOCKS WIDE,
FROM THE BAY TO THE OCEAN. SEA ISLE CITY HAS APPROX. 3000 FULLTIME RESIDENTS AND CONSISTS OF APPROX. 45,000 TO
50,000 RESIDENTS AND VISTORS DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS. OUR AMBULANCE CORPS IS RUN BY 100% VOLUNTEERISM IN WHICH OUR
MEMBERS ON TOP OF FULLTIME JOBS, TENDING TO THEIR FAMILIES AND OTHER PERSONAL OBLIGATIONS, FIND THE TIME TO RESPOND TO ALL
MEDICAL EMERGENCIES WITHIN THE CITY AND WHEN CALLED UPON BY OTHER MUNICIPALITES, WILL RESPOND FOR MUTUAL AID.
AS A VOLUNTEER GROUP, WE ENCOUNTER MEMBERS WITH VARIED BACKGROUNDS INCLUDING; PUBLIC WORKS EMPLOYEES, FIRE INSPECTORS, TEACHERS,
LAWYERS, POLICE OFFICERS, DISPATCHERS, SECRETARIES, CARPENTERS, NURSES, DOCTORS, POLITICIANS, EMT'S FROM OTHER PAID AND VOLUNTEER
SQUADS AND RETIRED PEOPLE. ARE YOU INTERESTED IN BEING A MEMBER? THERE COULD BE A SPOT FOR YOU.

EMS Explorer Post 10 |
Sea Isle Ambulance
Corps has formed EMS Explorers Post 10 for area young people. Explorers receive emergency medical training, assist at special
events, training sessions, and observe Ambulance Corps' operations. Anyone between the ages of 14 and 21 interested in joining

volunteer a few hours a week with us and have your training paid for through the State Training Fund. Always looking
